Dear Diane,
Finn and Poe are growing up gorgeously and we love them more every minute (how is this possible?!) They have bonded with our dog Fizzgig, and Poe even chooses to sleep in Fizzgig’s crate from when he was a puppy. They had them neutered two days ago and are doing great. Hope you’re having a lovely start to the autumn season and thank you again for our beautiful Finn & Poe are the best.
We moved house and they are loving the new space and the big windows to spy on birds and deer!
They are simply perfect. They are happy-go-lucky and love everyone they meet. And they adore each other, the best little brothers—perfect playmates. I’m so glad that we have them both, because I can’t imagine them separated, they do everything together! Poe is a snuggler, but also is the busier of the two, always finding something fun to play with. He also tends to let Finn investigate new things and then decides he’ll join in once it’s safe! And Finn is so funny—also a cuddler but with a mischievous streak. Endless fun. And the best is that I am their person—they follow me from room to room. They sit on my lap or on a desk-attached bed I got them when I am working, sleep by my side (on in Finn’s case, on my neck!) )
Love

Dear Diane and Amanda,
Time for an update on Tina in Merced. She is thriving in our family. She seamlessly travels between Shell Beach and Merced. She prefers the energy of life with the young grands who are crazy about her. She is learning to sleep with us under the covers. She is very attached to us and others. We make certain to have friends come by to love her up if we are gone more than 24 hours. Just want you to know that she loved and appreciated as a Siamese. Thanks for her.

B.G. is my shadow!!!! She is so obsessed with me! I love her so much. She’s the sweetest kitty I have ever met. Everyone is in love with her. She loves my husband and my kids too!! She’s an Angel. My dog and B.G. are best friends as well. It’s really something. People always laugh about them.
These two are together allll day! They are best friends! The dog is so gentle with her. We got Daisy when she was about 3 months so she grew up with BG and are so sweet together.

Gwen is the most amazing and cute little thing ever. She loves to play most of the day. Whenever I get home she usually meows so I can play with her when I open the door. She usually likes when I use this mouse toy and have her run around chasing it. She loves to climb and explore too. She loves attention, so if im working on something on my computer she tends to hop on my desk and lay on my keyboard. When she sleeps while im up she likes to either sleep with the sun on her, or in her little house bed. When it's night time and im going to bed, she tends to paw me and nibble at me to play more, but after a bit she just snuggles up either next to me or on top of me. I honestly just love how loving she is. Whenever im near her she just purrs and wants me to either pet her or play with her. She is the cutest little thing, and brings so much joy. She is also a bit of a rascal though and tends to not stop playing for a good part of the day, but it is really enjoyable and im always happy to do things with her. Non-stop energy, but she is so amazing and precious .

Wanted to give you some updates on Chibi
She is thriving and is growing up so quickly
We love her so much she’s so darn funny lol
She’s great with the kids too.
She curls her tail into a circle when she sleeps and it’s the cutest thing ever

Dear Diane,
Claire is doing very well, and we have a close bond. She and our two-year-old Bichons Frises, Skipper and Sam, and Sam in particular, like to gently play in the morning. Coco also had a good relationship with our previous Bichons.
Claire is an intelligent, beautiful, agile, and active cat. I couldn't have asked for more. She weighs about 7-1/2 pounds. She has dark blue eyes and her fur is high contrast, which I really like. I think you told me you were offering me the "best of your best."I am on your waiting list for a second Balinese kitten, seal-point or blue-point. If possible, would you offer me another one of your best of the best? I will be patient in my wait to bring Olivia home.
Kind Regards,
Christopher

Diane,
Our siamese kitten is doing amazing!! He always wants to be with us, such the perfect pet! He is such a love and he lights up our home. Thank you so much for sharing him with us.
Your essentials document was so helpful and covered everything we needed.
Today we had him [neutered], given he was six months old. I attached the Vet's Certificate of Sterilization along with some pictures of him. He sure is beautiful!
Thank you,
Sheryl

Dear Diane: Thank you ever so much for our cat Cecil.
We named him Cecil because at the time we got him from you a lion in Zimbawa was killed by a hunter. He had a collar on and villagers knew him. The story touched our heart. We named our new kitty Cecil after the lion.
Cecil is my soulmate. He sleeps in my arms. We go everywhere with Cecil: from Appalachian Trail to sands of the beach, to mountain meadows.
One day Cecil touched my nose over and over with his paw everytime I held him he would inspect my face and touch my nose. I looked at a closeup mirror to see what was so interesting about my nose . I saw a tiny, tiny red dot. I immediately went to dermatologist. She said squamous cell cancer but did scoop biopsy. My mom had melanoma of nose. I was devastated. Sent to mount pleasant, South Carolina to Dr Cook for Mohs procedure. After his excellent surgery the skin graft covered it and because early detection very small scar two years ago.
But that’s not the end of the story.
Recently Cecil would touch my lip and kiss my face. He would hold my face and touch my lip. I saw nothing but went to dermatologist. He said nothing really but looked with scope. Squamous cell just beginning.
Cecil has saved my life twice.
I will always be grateful to you for our Cecil. He is my heart….

Hello from Sephina and family.
Her first evening she ate very well drank water and got acquainted with her potty….many accomplishments in a new environment for one day for such a little girl….
It has been one week and Sephina is WONDERFUL …she acclimated so well and so fast…now running all over the house…literally ruling the roost…
Last night we let Miss Sephina the three pound bundle of energy in the same room face to face with the our ten year old 15 lb male Tabby Mugsy….AMAZINGLY even tho she would growl a little and hiss if Mugs got too close observing her …….such a little fearless spitfire …Mugsy showed NO aggression or even voiced a growl…he was only curious of her wild antics and meowed to her softly like he used to do to Aziza as he sat quietly and watched her escapade’s. LITERALLY could not believe how accepting he is….much different than I anticipated…He doesn’t like dogs for sure… but recognizes she is a cat and may even think she is Aziza that just shrunk the way he is acting. During the day Sephina has been sleeping in Aziza’s beds and playing with her toys and climbing trees since she got here so may even smell like her now!!! maybe that is why the confused look on Mugsy’s face!!so all is well and we love her to pieces..such a joy
I just feel so grateful that she has come into our life after our beloved Aziza passed away….thank you very much for Aziza as well! Sephina will be very spoiled and is greatly loved. Sephina has definitely bonded to me and am looking forward to many happy years as my wonderful companion as each of my four Siamese have been during my life since I was a kid..Everyone who has seen pictures of her comments on how stunning she is…your kitties are not only beautiful but have the best personalities so thank you so much for her

She loves to play, but also loves to cuddle or just sit by one of us. Also loves to shoulder sit. Her favorites are a toy mouse and a toy hedgehog. Also likes to chase a toy on the end of a stick especially if we hide it under a blanket and move it around
She's become good at communicating what she wants.
We haven’t had any allergy issues at all.
She's a wonderful cat and feels like a member of the family now.

Hi Diane, it’s hard to believe Gypsy and Sarah will be Six on Monday. They continue to be full of energy, intelligence, and love. I enjoy their different personalities and how they interact and how we keep everything running on schedule here as a family. I am fortunate to work at home and am able to spend lots of time with them.

Happy 1st Birthday, Sunti!
March 3, 2024
Happy birthday to my true fur friend companion, Sunti, who turns 1 today. Thank you for breeding beautiful Siamese who warm our hearts. 💖😻We’re doing our happy singing and dancing, playing and lots of cuddle time. This was the jersey I got him for his birthday 🎂
He walks around my legs rubbing up against them and purrs in my ears. He sleeps with me every night under the covers. He enjoys going on outings in his back pack and loves nature and the river. He puts a smile on every one’s face that has set eyes on his beautiful soul.
I love him so much,
Siobhan

James loves a feather and string on a pole! We know because he brings his favorite toys to us... from other floors! He likes the toy even more so when he's trampling over pillows. He's quite athletic, nearly ninja-like and gives his best friend Buster, a real run for his money. He always wants to be near you, including when I take a shower. And like when he was a kitten he does enjoy going under the covers every now and again. He's has a whole series of vocalizations -- like a siamese -- but he's not a crier. He currently tips the scales at 11 1/2 pounds,

Sasha is NINE! (Our annual photo) I almost missed the occasion but after all these years I wasn’t about to break the tradition and made a late night run to the grocery store for a cake and candle. 😺

Hi Diane,
Just wanted to send you an update and some photos. The kittens are fantastic - they have acclimated totally to their new home here with us and we absolutely adore them. They are loving, playful, and pretty much perfect! They sleep with the boys and play together all the time. I thought you'd enjoy these photos, especially the ones where they are "hugging" each other. They do love each other, and we love them! Taiko, the larger of the two, is mellow and relaxed and loves to lounge around surveying his kingdom. Niko, the smaller one, is full of energy and into everything. We call him "Naughty Niko" but he isn't really naughty, just very curious! Their presence has helped so much in healing our hearts after losing Chino. Thanks again for all of your help - rest assured that they do have a good home and are much loved! -- Colleen

Day Four We left the dog and the cat alone in the apartment for three hours and when we returned they were each lying on a couch, keeping each other company. She could have hid in either of the bedrooms but she chose to be with him in the living room. She is remarkably confidant and it is apparent that the only experience she had in her life has been positive. I am truly enchanted with her.

Dear Diane
We have been meaning to write you to let you know that our Coco is doing well, gaining weight and seems to be more than happy living with us. She does not leave us alone---ever! She sleeps nestled next to me or to Bill, with her paws across our bodies. She is not still a minute and will not leave anything alone. I was packing Christmas shoeboxes for Samaritan's purse for children around the world and she assumed that the boxes of toys & gifts were hers to play with: one ball became hers as I didn't think even poor children wanted a ball with tiny teeth marks in it. If we leave a room, she comes with us. She is seldom alone in a room if we are home. She is on the computer desk as I type and is so cute I want to stop and love her. She is a real blessing! When my granddaughters come and bring their little Chihuahua, she simply stays put and stares at her. She doesn't let that little dog bother her a bit.
She will be having her surgery next month and I don't look forward to scaring her with a vet's visit. Thank goodness we have a kind vet. Our thanks to you for this very intelligent, cuddly, sweet, naughty kitty. We love her so much!
Sincerely, Bill & Kay - Paso Robles, CA

Diane:
Sake, our female seal point Siamese, passed away on September 6. She was the daughter of Yesterday's Old Fashioned Samurai and Miss Sapphire Eyes Surprise (b. 21 July 1998). She was our only pet for 17 years, our "first" child (we have 10 yr old twins now) and a big personality. She brought our family so much happiness and we miss her. She was a happy girl to the end. Here are photos of her before she passed.
If you have kittens available after New Year's, would you please keep us in mind.
Best regards, Scott, Martha, Philip and Maria
CECIL the LION HEARTED

Cecil the Lion Heart, definitely wants to be involved with everything. He follows me every step talking, purring and exploring. He was allowed in the hallway upstairs yesterday and raced to the bookcase and kissed Simba and Troubles ash boxes. Siamese catness at work. He meows like Trouble and wants to be held like Simba. Curious always. Thanks you for another amazing kitten.

MILO (December 2015)
12/5/2015

12/5/2015
Hi Diane
Milo is doing just great. He is very sweet and is feeling quite at home now. He loves to grab his toys and run through the house with them--even the wand type toy. It is very funny to see him being so proud of his "catch." The little guy is doing well. He was pretty scared the first day or so, but by the end of the second day, he was feeling more secure. I had a kitty front pack that I had gotten years ago, and we started to carry Milo around in it on that second day. It made him feel warm and secure. Now, he has made the entire house "his" and he is playing and very happy. He has made an area on a shelf in our family room behind our flat screen tv "his lair" and he loves to bring all of his toys to that hidey place and also takes short naps there (of course the tv is not on!) We couldn't figure out where all of his toys kept disappearing to...and then noticed him actually carry one of them into his "nest" and discovered several toys there! He is purring lots now and eating well and likes to sleep in our bedroom with us. So, he is doing well and is getting acquainted to our house and us just fine.

Hi, Diane.
Do you remember us, Toyger and Tigger P.?
You raised us until we got to go to our Momma and Daddy.
This is us watching our daddy putting together outside Christmas displays. He makes funny noises when he does it. Ha ha.
Mommy has to type this for us because our paws can't press the numbers. Plus... we can't spell...
We just wanted to say, "meow, meow" and send a picture.
Have a nice day. Love, Toyger and Tigger P, Texas
NYSA

Hello Diane,
I hope this message finds you and all your wonderful Appleheads doing well. Nysa, the kitten I adopted from you, is now almost seven years old and is doing great. I just love how she has matured and never failed to be exactly the kind of cat I've always wanted. I keep her spoiled with heat pads, cat condos, tasty treats, and plenty of playtime. (I attached several pics for you to see how she has grown.)
Well, I'm now interested in bringing another female Traditional Siamese cat into the house. I only have Nysa and have been waiting until it was the right time to bring another one into my family (just Nysa and me, that is). I'm fortunate that I can work from home half the time now and Nysa has greatly enjoyed this over the last couple of years. When are the optimum times for your kittens to be available during the year? I'm interested in another female, and if you recall, Nysa was one you figured was perfect for me in the fact she is a bit quieter than most of her breed (but not by much and she "talks" quite a bit to me and my friends--which I just love!).
Ideally, I'm looking to the summer or fall for bringing another cat into my house. I plan to telework full time for a couple of weeks while she acclimates to her new place and to also help Nysa adjust to the new family member.
Also, how much are your kittens? I may plan to fly out to see them or work with you, like last time, to pick one for me and fly her to National Airport here in DC. I look forward to hearing from you, and please feel free to call me if more convenient.
Take care.

HUMMER 1997-2014
2/1/2017

2/1/2017
Diane,
I purchased a kitten from you in 1997 and we named him Hummer. He passed away in 2014 at the age of almost 18! I just wanted to share with you that Hummer was the BEST cat I have ever seen. He was the most sweetest boy. I bathed him, trimmed his nails, etc. and never a complaint. He tolerated everything and never gave up on anything. It came the day where Hummer stopped eating but still filled with life. Believe it or not he did not eat for a month. My vet told me I should put him down but I never had a sign from him to do so, he still gave signs of a full life. Then one day, he just began eating"'.It was a miracle! He lived for another 6 months. It came the day where I had to make the decision to put him down. He would just not give up, even being extremely thin and weak he would still follow me around the house and give signs that he wanted to keep going. He was very ill but still so strong. I kept him going as long as I felt right and humane. I had to make the awful decision for him, so difficult.
Again, I'm sure you hear all of these stories all the time but I just wanted to share that with you. He truly was a miracle, amazing cat that I will treasure forever. Thank you for the wonderful kitty.
Thank you, Ana
